Most holy is used forty-six times in forty-four verses in the Old Testament. In this list, every occurrence of the Hebrew word holy appears in bold. That is why both words most holy appear in bold, because they both translate the same Hebrew word. The only difference is that most translates the plural form, and so the phrase could be translated holy of holies.
